Stimulating Faster Hair Growth + Keep Your Hair Thick and Full

Yesterday I posted a few pictures of my Natural hair on Fb. A few friends wanted to know if they could have my hair.. .. .. 😏

While I can’t give up my hair, I can certainly share some true and tried hair growth tips to help you get Longer, Thicker, Stronger natural hair. Some of these tips you’ve probably heard before. Nothing here is new under the sun; I just have the hair to back up what I’m saying😉

The tips shared here are truly preferential. They can be used individually or simultaneously to increase growth and for the best results.

Castor Oil

Jamaican Castor Oil

Whenever my edges are looking or feeling a little thin, I rub castor oil around the area to stimulate growth, increase thickness, and prevent hair loss in the area. The castor oils should be applied and massaged into the area everyday, if you’re looking for fast results. If you’re a wig wearer, this oil should be apart of your daily regimen. NO QUESTIONS … JUST DO IT!!! Okay😉

Natural hair growth. Jojoba oil

Jojoba Oil

Almost identical to sebum, the naturally occurring oil in your scalp, Jojoba Oil will increase hair growth and stimulate the scalp to produce new growth in your hair follicles. Out of all the oils Jojoba is 1 of the 2 best oils to coat the hair for moisture and protection.

Coconut OilCoconut Oil Conditions hair

One of the most talked about, yet as of late, most controversial oils on this list. I’ve been using coconut oil for a LOONNNGGGG Time!!! I’ve taken breaks in between, but I must say coconut oil has many benefits for your hair growth process. First, coconut oil is a Natural hair and scalp conditioner. It conditions the scalp and promotes growth by creating a healthy palate. Coconut oil softens the hair repairs, protects, and prevents damage to the hair shaft. Its important to note that the key benefits mentioned here are not the limitations to what coconut oil can do.

Tea Tree Oil

Tea tree oil nourishs the hair follicles

The perfect oil to unclog hair follicles and nourish the roots. Tea Tree Oil is a great oil to cure dry itchy scalp, soothe Alopecia and rid dandruff. This oil is perfect in oil treatments and stimulates hair growth by increasing oxygen to the scalp and protecting the scalp from infection. This is simply a must have for any natural hair kit.

Carols daughter hair milk nourishing and conditioning moisturizerMoisturize

Dry brittle natural hair is 1 of the top reasons people go back to the creamy crack! They simply can’t deal with dry easy to tangle hair. Perfect solution… Try moisturizing your hair! If you take care of your hair, your hair will take care of you. If you have natural hair chances are your hair has been dry a time or 2. or 3 or 4. Using a good moisturizer will help you keep your hair hydrated during times when you don’t want to use water on your mane. I recently purchased Carol’s Daughter Hair Milk  Leave in Moisturize and I LOVE IT!! My hair gets the moisture it needs and I don’t have to ruin a style. It’s light weight and it smells good.

Cleansing … Not StrippingApple cider vinegar for cleansing and detangling

I don’t wash my hair… Yep I said it I don’t wash my hair…Well with shampoo anyway. When I cleanse my hair I never use a bottle of Shampoo and my hair is always clean. To keep my hairs natural state healthy, dandruff, and build up free, I use Apple Cider Vinegar to cleanse. I use 1 part ACV to 3 parts water; and it works like a charm. It cleanses away product build-up AND it makes detangling a breeze. ACV keeps my hair clean and PH balanced, so for me its a winner.

Supplements

There are a few supplements you can take for boosting your results and improving your hair growth. These supplements I have tried and re-tried … they ALWAYS WORK! There’s never been a time when I restarted the hair supplement process and it didn’t work; It just doesn’t exist. After years of research trial and error I’ve found these supplements to be highly successful. Whenever I feel the need, I take MSM and Biotin to promote faster, stronger hair growth. Biotin thickens the hair while MSM increases growth while balancing out the copper or Biotin. I’ve heard horror stories about how Biotin causes hair loss. I’ve gotta say I’ve not experienced these issues because I’m very thorough in my research efforts. When I first learned about these supplements years ago I was on the Paragard (aka copper IUD). I cross referenced my research to expand upon copper. What I found was that sulfur or MSM would balance out the additional or rather excess copper so as not to cause an imbalance or build up in my body. With proper water intake and careful dosage you can ensure that your results are ONLY SUCCESSFUL as I did.

I hope this post helps your with your hair care journey. Weather you’re natural or not these tips will help you increase your hair growth promote healthy scalp and lead you to long term success in your hair journey. I want to thank you for stopping by and…

Until Next time Stay Healthy Happy and Always Loving
