I recently had the opportunity to review Lancome’s Bi-Facil Makeup remover courtesy of Lancome. I feel in love raved about it and bought more. . . Even grabbed the Bi-Facil Face product recently launced. Prior to completing my review I also happened across the new drugstore product: Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water. It was my total and complete intention to use this up against Bi-Facil and do a face off. The day has come.

I love the Bi facil and know its a great product, But its $40 for the Full Size 6.7oz bottle and of course thats just for the eye makeup remover bottle. The Bi-Facil Face is an additional $40 if you wanna be bougee. Lets just say $80 bucks is a lot when you also have other products you’d like to have. I just have to ask the big question … “Can I get it cheaper?” This question may arise in many of our must have to buy list shopping sprees. I certainly will miss no opportunity to save coins when there are more things I’d rather be buying.
So What the Big Deal
The Lancome Bi-Facil has literally taken me from a wipe use to … But Why? Gone are the days of scraping wipes across my face pulling and tugging to get the makeup off. Gone are they days of dried out last 2 wipes that I desparately needed for that super Colorful CAKEFACE makeup day. I can go on and on about no wipes for me but I won’t. I’ll simply say. . . We learn new things and we change our methods as we learn.
Any who…
Both the Bi-Facil and Garnier use Micellar technology. Micellar Cleansing Water is supposed to be able to cleanse the face as well as remove makeup. You can use it regularly as a facial cleanser. The difference that I can visibily see is maybe the Bi Facil has a bit more oil in the product.
Which one is the best! Is it worth it to spend $40 plus dollars on makeup remover?
Its time to put it to the test.
